Requirements for applicants for the CSRpeople label
Aside from describing how your company takes social responsibility, you must actively focus on two of the following three criteria in order to be eligible to receive the CSRpeople label:
Criteria no 1 – People who have difficulties finding employment
People who have difficulties finding employment often struggle with other issues as well – issues of a social, physical or mental nature. They may need extra support, but they also offer a host of resources and great untapped potential in the right job setting.
Criteria no 2 – Prevention and retention of ALL members of staff
Long-term sickness absence can have great social and financial consequences for the individual citizen, the company, colleagues and society. Therefore, it is important to focus on the well-being of ALL members of staff – both to prevent sickness absence and to retain employees on sickness absence.
Criteria no 3 – Young people aged 13-29 years
Skive Municipality is home to a group of young people who need a helping hand gaining a foothold in life. Employment and insight into the labour market can be the stepping stone they need to get a job or start an education.
